Shipping and Delivery

Shipping within the Netherlands

At LECHOIX, our products are typically delivered within 1-3 business days. Orders of 50 euros or more qualify for FREE SHIPPING. For orders under 50 euros, a shipping fee will be applied. If, for any reason, we are unable to meet the delivery timeframe, we will notify you. Your package will be shipped via PostNL and will include a track & trace code.

If you reside in Belgium, Germany, or Luxembourg, we charge a shipping fee of 8.95 euros for orders under 150 euros. Orders of 150 euros or more qualify for FREE SHIPPING. Your package will be delivered by PostNL and will always include a track & trace code.

Delivery

At LECHOIX, our delivery is handled by PostNL, including track & trace. If you are not present at the time of delivery, PostNL will leave a notice for the first attempt and will attempt delivery again the next day. On the second attempt, they will leave a message with information on where you can collect the package.

Extended Delivery Time

If a product has an extended delivery time, it means the product is typically delivered within 4-5 days. If this timeframe cannot be met for any reason, we will notify you promptly.

Exchange or Return at LECHOIX

At LECHOIX, we understand that you want to be satisfied with your purchase at all times. Therefore, we offer a simple and transparent process for exchanging or returning products within 14 days of receiving your order. We aim to refund the purchase amount to your account within 7 days of receiving the return shipment.

Exchange or Return

Step 1: Request Your Return

Send an email to info@lechoix-beauty.com, mentioning your order number. Soon, you will receive a return link from us that you can use to request your return.

Step 2: Ship Your Order for Return

To comply with consumer guidelines, you must return the goods to us without delay, but no later than 14 days after the day on which you inform us of your decision to cancel the agreement. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period expires.

Send the items along with the completed return link to the specified return address. Ensure that you provide a Track & Trace Code for the return package. As the sender, you are responsible for the shipment.

Please note: Products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene (e.g., cosmetics) and whose seal has been broken after delivery are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.

Step 3: Receive the Purchase Amount in Your Account

To be eligible for a refund of the purchase amount or exchange, the returned product must be in its original condition and have labels and tags attached. The product must not show any signs of use. LECHOIX reserves the right to refuse returned items if there is suspicion that the items have already been used or damaged beyond our control.

If you receive the product in a non-satisfactory condition, please report it via info@lechoix-beauty.com. We will contact you as soon as possible.

The costs of return shipping are at your expense. We will refund the entire purchase amount within 5 to 7 days, but no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, no fees will be charged for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
